Summer on the Bow

Okay, time to get back to this blog and kick the year off right. How about a picture of summer on the Bow River? What better professional development opportunity to bond with other teachers and get centered for the year than a day out on the river? Fish gently slurping tricos as they hatch on the surface, a slight breeze, a flyline whipping across the sky. Ya, nobody caught anything but I did have a great day enjoying God's gifts. Something about fly fishing that gets me. Can't quite explain it. Watch A River Runs Through It - so good.
